NYLCV Gives Green Announces 2026 Endorsements for State Legislative Races

The New York League of Conservation Voters Gives Green is proud to announce a new round of endorsements for the 2026 election cycle, recognizing a strong slate of environmental champions running for the New York State Assembly and Senate.

“At a time when New York’s climate commitments face growing challenges, strong leadership in Albany matters more than ever,” said Julie Tighe, President of the New York League of Conservation Voters. “These legislators have demonstrated their commitment to protecting the progress our state has made while continuing to advance solutions that create healthier communities, a stronger economy, and a more sustainable future.”

As the Trump administration continues to undermine federal climate action and environmental protections, strong leadership in Albany is more important than ever. New York must continue advancing its climate goals, investing in resilient communities, accelerating the transition to clean energy, and protecting the progress the state has made toward a cleaner and healthier future.
