Rose Marie Walker

Rose Marie Walker is running for re-election in the Nassau County Legislature in District 17. During her time in the legislature, Walker has been a part of multiple large, environmentally friendly projects. For starters, Rose Marie Walker supported the Long Island Railroad third track project, as she saw the importance of possibly removing cars from the roads. Additionally, The Bay Park Conveyance project she supported links Bay Park to Cedar Creek and cleans Reynolds Channel. She is also an advocate of solar energy and will continue to support solar being a large part of the future of renewable energy. If reelected, Rose Marie Walker will continue the work she has been doing to protect Nassau County’s environment.
