Elaine Denton

Elaine Denton is running for election for Onondaga County Legislator. She displayed her pro-environment commitment during her time as Town Councilor for Manlius. During her first year in office she helped the town register as a Climate Smart Community and in 2022 the town earned a bronze certification. She helped install EV charging stations at Town Hall for community use and laid the groundwork for a municipal EV fleet. In 2023 the town created the Neighborhood Sidewalk Program to encourage the building of sidewalks and make neighborhoods more pedestrian friendly. If elected, Elaine Denton has committed to making Onondaga County a Climate Smart Community and will continue to promote environmentally friendly causes.
