NYC Council Speaker Christine Quinn announced her support for Mayor Bloomberg's PlaNYC 2030. Quinn's support is another great boost to the proposal, which seeks to promote sustainability and infrastructure improvements to keep pace with the Big Apple's anticipated growth.
