NYLCV-endorsed Assemblymember Marc Molinaro (R-Tivoli) has introduced  legislation that aims to promote alternative fuel facilities. The bill (A.5264) would provide tax incentives for the construction, reconstruction, or acquisition of facilities that provide alternative fuels to New York customers.
