Hudson River Cleanup Stalled

Yet again. That's two times times in eight months that the U.S. EPA has delayed the cleanup. General Electric contaminated the river, and the U.S. EPA joined forces with GE in a 2002 agremment to clear the PCBs. The project was supposed to commence in 2005.
