This report is an analysis of Mayor Bloomberg's performance in addressing the environmental and public health challenges confronting New York City since his inauguration. Included in the analysis are: environmental campaign promises; proposed budgets, initiatives and agreements; executive orders, support or opposition to legislation; and leadership on the federal and state level.
