Legally Green: What You Need to Know about Your Property and the Greener, Greater Buildings Plan

Landmark legislation before the NYC Council - the Greener, Greater Buildings Plan for Energy Savings - would cut energy consumption in buildings.

Intended to reduce carbon emissions, it would also cut energy costs. To explain the plan's requirements and strategies for complying with them - and benefiting from them - the Newman Real Estate Institute and the Sallan Foundation are hosting a conference. Owners and managers of commercial and residential property and allied professionals are invited to attend.

Light refreshments will be served from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM.
