Biography:
- Head of Environmental Practice Group at Cahill Gordon & Reindel, which has a national and international practice, where he has been a law partner since 1981
- Previously served as counsel in various governmental agencies, dealing with energy and environmental issues at both the federal and New York State levels
- Currently serves as board member for the Rainforest Alliance and sits on the Environmental Advisory Board of Pace University Law School
- Graduate of Williams College and University of Virginia law school
