According to the Daily Gazette [2], the $22 million campus will be located on Nott Street and will incorporate best stormwater, lighting and design practices to meet "gold" level environmental design. The project [3] won approval from the city's Planning Board on Wednesday.
Golub Corp. is currently working with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority [4] on the design specifics. The company's headquarters are currently in nearby Rotterdam, near the company's shipping hub.
