Russell Unger is leaving his position as Assistant Director & Special Counsel for Environmental Procurement Director of the Mayor's Office of Contract Services this Friday to become Executive Director of the New York Chapter of the U.S. Green Buildings Council [1]. (Yesterday, we incorrectly wrote that Russell Unger was the Director of MOCS, but in fact, Marla Simpson has that job, and she's not going anywhere.)
