Western New York deserves
better environmental leadership

Over his nearly three decades in Albany, Bill Stachowski has amassed a deeply troubling voting record when it comes to the environment.

He has consistently sided with industry and big polluters rather than the people. Time and again, he's voted against the protection of our coasts and natural resources. Just this year, he played a key role in blocking laws to clear our air and allow citizens to fight polluters.

That's why the New York League of Conservation Voters has named Bill Stachowski our top priority for defeat in the Sept. 14 Primary.

Over the next few weeks -- from now until Primary Day -- NYLCV will be exposing the truth about Bill Stachowski's environmental record. Our "Stach Facts" will show how he has worked against the preservation of our natural heritage and opposed a clean-energy future.

Along with our "Stach Facts," NYLCV will be waging a full-on campaign to defeat Bill Stachowski on Primary Day. Through direct contact, phone banking and mail, we will be making our case to the voters that now is the time to "Sack Stach."
