The Stephen L. Newman Real Estate Institute and the CUNY Institute for Urban Systems are holding a discussion on the options and necessities for New York City to improve it's transportation infrastructure.

With real estate as the focus, question to arise will center around accessibility to the system for residents, the implications of an inefficient system for real estate prices, and the role sound transportation systems play in maintaining global competitiveness for the city. Local officials and experts will also address questions of fixing such a large system in a time of economic uncertainty and depressed budgets.
