Town Hall Meeting in NYC to Discuss Natural Gas Drilling

New York City Council Speaker Christine QuinnNew York City Council Speaker Christine QuinnPlease join City Council Speaker Christine Quinn, Environmental Protection Chair Jim Gennaro and the New York City Council at a town hall meeting in regards to the proposed drilling for natural gas in the State of New York.

This public meeting is to offer comments on the Scoping Materials for Initial Design of the EPA Research Study on Potential Relationships between Hydraulic Fracturing and Drinking Water Resources.

This town hall will serve as a way for you to come out and voice your concerns regarding the issue of drilling for natural gas and uncertainties respecting the processes employed.
