NYC Bar Association Talk On Climate Change

Climate change is the prominent and most important environmental issue of our time. A panel discussion organized by the New York City Bar will discuss legal developments and policy implications in the expanding area of climate change.

Current city and state officials, a former General Counsel of EPA, and private practitioners will examine policies being pursued to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and address adaptaion at the federal, state and city levels, followed by a Q&A session. Speakers include: William Bumpers, Baker Botts LLP, Roger Martella, Sidley Austin LLP and more. Free event but you must register.
