On Thursday, September 25th at 7 p.m., Senator Eric Schneiderman will be hosting an event on global warming at the Riverdale YM-YWHA (5625 Arlington Avenue).

The event will feature Paul Reale, a New York City resident and certified presenter from former Vice President Al Gore's Climate Change Project, who will give a live presentation of the slide show that changed the way we think about the future of our planet. The presentation will be followed by a discussion with the audience, with a focus on steps we can take to combat global warming.

The event is co-sponsored by NYLCV, Congressman Eliot Engel, New York State Assembly Member Jeffrey Dinowitz, Council Member Oliver Koppel, the Riverdale YM-YWHA, and The Friends of Van Cortlandt Park.
