Engaging the Public in the Planning of NYC Streets

The panel and discussion will elicit concrete recommendations for the DOT and for communities to lead more constructive community planning processes. Questions to be considered include: What successes can we highlight?
-What are the obstacles?
-What are strategies that communities can take for more constructive engagement?
-How can the city draw more effectively from the public for planning streets?
