All summer long the Lower East Side Ecology Center and local community group, CHERP (Community Hooked on East River Park), invite you to garden in East River Park. We'll be pulling weeds, applying compost and woodchips, and taking care of East River Park's plants in a sustainable manner. Tools and gloves will be provided, please dress for the fun. No prior gardening experience necessary. 

Meeting locations will be determined in the week prior to the event so keep an eye on our calendar. We hope to see you at one of the events!
