BayFest09, presented by the Bay Improvement Group in Sheepshead Bay, will take place at Emmons Avenue and East 27th Street. There will be fun for all ages, 5 live name bands, NY Aquarium, DEC, NYPD, FDNY, Public Library,  and games.
