Advancing Our Regional Foodshed: The Role of Higher Education

The 7th Annual meeting and conference of the Environmental Consortium of Hudson Valley Colleges & Universities is bringing together small-scale family farms; chefs/restaurant owners; agriculture policy experts; farm-to-table non-profits; researchers and others to foster a collaborative, interdisciplinary dialogue about our foodshed.  Highlights include keynotes, plenaries, breakouts, film screening of the new documentary film The Greenhorns, exhibitor expo, poster session and field trip.
