Long standing Assemblywoman Sandra Galef has continually been a leader in bringing change and innovation to New York's  90^th District.  Through the years, she has continued to fight for a sustainable community and has been a strong supporter of NYLCV's priorities. 

Galef co-sponsored various bills that have been included in the NYLCV's most recent Progress Report, including: The Sewage Right-to-Know Act, the NY Solar Industry Development and Jobs Act of 2012, and the Invasive Species Act.  She has additionally co-sponsored a bill to ensure fracking water waste is considered hazardous.  Galef will continue to be a strong environmental defender and leader.
