Mark Grisanti
Grisanti has sponsored top priorities for NYLCV and its allies including: the Sewage Pollution Right to Know Act, the bill to classify fracking wastewaters as hazardous, the EPF bottle deposit enhancement bill, and bills related to regulation of invasive species. A particularly notable law that he co-authored and sponsored was Water Withdrawal Regulation, which requires that all entities withdrawing 100,000+ gallons of water from New York's public waterways must notify the DEC. His leadership is instrumental for the success of environmental policy in New York State. Learn more with his candidate questionnaire.
