Brad Lander is running for election to the New York City Council District 39 (Lower Manhattan- Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, Kensington, Boro Park).

Brad Lander has spent his career standing up for affordable, livable, and sustainable communities in Brooklyn.

• Brad is a senior fellow at the Pratt Center for Community Development and is Housing & Community Development Chair of Community Board 6
• Brad supports the rezoning of Carroll Gardens and Columbia Streets which would protect the character of the neighborhood from out-of-scale development.
• In the City Council Brad would work to strengthen and expand and improve public transportation and make our streets safe for pedestrians and bikers.
