Kelly has opposed backwards-looking policies that do little to solve our energy challenge such as offshore drilling. She also voted against the 2005 energy bill, arguably the most anti-environmental piece of legislation in the last thirty years. Of local concern, she garnered crucial funding for the Hudson Highlands.
