Making The Case For High-Speed Rail In WashingtonSubmitted by Dan Hendrick on Thu, 2009-03-05 13:01.
New York lawmakers met this week with Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood to discuss the possibility of a high-speed rail link between Albany and Buffalo.
