According to the Times Union , Horizon Wind Energy LLC, a Houston based company has purchased 201 wind from Schenectady based General Electric, and is planning on opening an office in Albany.. By the end of the year, says Antonio Coutinho, cheif energy officer for horizon, the company will create enlough power for 1 million homes to be fueled around the clock.
