According to the Times Union, the state's 330-acre office Harriman Office Campus will be reborn a little greener. Overdue for an makeover, the aging office park would be transformed into an an energy-efficient "green community" that would serve as the hub of the "innovation economy." Governor Eliot Spitzer envisions a Research Triangle --- like the one in North Carolina, for Albany, Schenectady and Troy --- that would attract companies to work with regions growing computer industry.
