At the request of Gov. Eliot Spitzer, the Division of Budget will conduct a series of public hearings to present the challenges facing in the upcoming state budget and to get public input to assist us in making budget decisions. The public is invited to participate in one of the following ways:

• Provide in-person testimony: Those interested in offering testimony are asked to please register in advance. (Participants wishing to comment who are not pre-registered will be accomodated, as time allows, on a first-come, first-served basis.)
• Submit comments online: Those individuals wishing to provide comments, but unable to attend one of the sessions, may send comments to BudgetHearing@budget.state.ny.us.
• View a live or on-demand webcast: The public can watch the proceedings via an internet webcast.
