Legislature Expected To Return To Albany On Congestion Pricing

The Legislature is widely expected to return to Albany on Thursday to vote on the congestion pricing compromise.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg is hopeful that the city is still in the running $500 million in federal aid, even though the Legislature did not come to agreement by the July 16 deadline.
