The Daily News reports that Senate Majority Leader Bruno said Tuesday it is his "expectation" that the Republican-controlled Senate will pass Mayor Michael Bloomberg's congestion-pricing bill before Thursday's end of session. However, the bill -- which the Senate revised last weekend -- still faces significant opposiiton in the Assembly. Bruno also indicated that the Legislature will almost certainly return to Albany over the summer to wrap up unfinished business.
