The paper argues in an editorial today that Gov. Spitzer needs to push strong policies for tackling global warming. California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has been the leader in the pack when it comes to climate change action, but if Spitzer can take New York in the same direction, then the forces combined could compel the feds to commit to serious legislation. |
