With DiNapoli's departure, who will take charge of EnCon?

Lots of names are being added to the rumor mill, but the first to appear in writing is Brooklyn's Vito Lopez (D-Bushwick/Williamsburg). Lopez would be an interesting choice as he would bring a greater focus on environmental justice issues faced by urban low-income/minority communities, i.e., brownfield redevelopment, asthma, lack of parkland.
