A republican Hudson Valley county executive, William Steinhaus (Dutchess), used his state of the county address to announce a seven-step "sustainability greener" strategy. This sustainability idea is spreading like wildfire here in New York. First NYC Mayor Bloomberg (R), then Westchester County Exec Andy Spano (D), now Steinhaus...who's next?
