In a NY Times interview, Spitzer mentions five priority issues for the Grannis-Enck team: revamping the 2003 brownfield cleanup bill, building new energy plants, expanding the bottle recycling bill, "smart enforcement" of environmental review laws, climate change, and clean air and water.
