Activist Seeks To Reopen Brooklyn Tunnel To Trolleys

Activist Bob Diamond is best known for attempting to build a streetcar system to serve Red Hook, a Brooklyn neighborhood better known for an industrial past and a lack of subway stations. Diamond ended up failing to bring streetcars to Red Hook, but he is trying again, this time in Downtown Brooklyn.
