Mayor Bloomberg announced his appointment of Caswell F. Holloway as Commissioner of the city's Department of Environmental Protection on Monday. Holloway is currently Chief of Staff to Deputy Mayor for Operations Edward Skyler and Special Advisor to Mayor Bloomberg.
